Bilingual Leasing Consultant - Duke Manor

Welcome potential residents via phone or in-person to the GSC community and assist in their search for a new apartment home by showing apartments and providing a tour. Coordinate the rental application and qualification process with prospective residents while collaborating with the Property Manager on community and resident appreciation events. Assist residents with lease renewals and various requests, delivering excellent customer service to all residents, prospects, applicants, internal associates, and external vendors. This bilingual role requires a candidate with at least one year of sales and customer service experience, with previous leasing experience preferred. A valid driver's license, proof of insurance, passing criminal background check, and pre-employment drug testing are required.
