Manage the leasing process from tour to move-in including closing the sale, completing lease documents and inspecting apartments to ensure an excellent move-in experience. Articulate property features to match prospective residents' needs; execute marketing strategies (online posts, social media, outreach) to drive traffic; support occupancy and retention through follow-up with potential and current residents; apply problem-solving and judgment to handle unpredictable situations; maintain in-depth knowledge of the property and competitors to provide complete information to prospects; build relationships through courteous, timely responses; prepare lease documents and related bookkeeping; assist in planning resident events; help Assistant Manager collect delinquent rents; regularly inspect/prepare the property for cleanliness and curb appeal; maintain a clean work area; accommodate a flexible schedule including evenings, holidays and weekends; demonstrate cheerful customer service, tech savviness with property management applications, and strong sales/leasing/closing skills; bilingual English and Spanish; bachelor's degree preferred.
