Job Summary
Greet visitors and residents, answer calls and email requests, and complete guest cards and lease paperwork correctly and timely. Show apartments to prospective residents, sell features and amenities, and secure leases in compliance with fair housing laws. This bilingual English/Spanish role requires 6 months of apartment leasing experience, strong closing skills, and the ability to type 30 WPM using Yardi or similar programs. Candidates must work Saturdays as needed and hold a valid Florida driver's license. Located in a 330-unit mid-rise community near Coral Gables and the University of Miami, the team offers competitive monthly bonuses for new leases and renewals alongside standard benefits.
Required Qualifications
- At least 6 months of apartment leasing experience
- Bilingual (English/Spanish)
- Good leasing and closing skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to type 30 WPM and be organized
- Computer skills in Word, Excel, Outlook, and Yardi or other similar programs
- Must be able to work Saturdays as needed
- Valid FL Driver's License
