Job Summary
Lease Revenue Analyst (FR/ENG) supports lease abstraction, rent collection, accounts receivable management, monthly revenue reporting, and forecasting for a Canadian client portfolio using the Real Lease platform. Responsibilities include reviewing lease agreements to abstract key information, maintaining data integrity in the lease management system, assisting with rent roll reviews, tenant billings, and annual operating-cost analyses, and preparing year-end reconciliations. Requires a university degree or professional certification and 3–5 years of relevant experience, strong Excel and Office skills, excellent communication and presentation abilities, and English proficiency (French bilingual). Hybrid, full-time position based in Montreal, QC, Canada with a salary range of $54,185–$67,732 per annum.
