Job Summary
Lead Clinician (LPC-supervisor/LCSW-supervisor) responsible for overseeing the clinical services provided at Seton Home, including individual, family, and group therapy; conduct and oversee assessments; develop and implement therapeutic treatment plans; contribute to client permanency planning; maintain client records and liaise with referral sources; ensure compliance with agency policies, DFPS Minimum Standards, and ORR Policy; supervise Seton Home clinicians, train new staff, and participate in case staffings and stakeholder meetings; on-call for clients and staff; ensure timely completion of reports and maintain confidentiality; oversee discharge planning and collaboration with case managers; deliver services in a faith-aligned, mission-driven environment with emphasis on serving pregnant and parenting teen mothers and their children.
Required Qualifications
- Master’s degree in social work or psychology or related behavioral science with clinical experience; Licensure as Licensed Professional Counselor-Supervisor (LPC-S) or Licensed Clinical Social Worker-Supervisor (LCSW-S); Supervisory experience required; Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation; Background checks (state and federal) and immunization verification; Bilingual English/Spanish; Travel up to 20% (local and overnight); Compliance with TDFPS ORR standards and agency policies; Ability to manage multi-disciplinary teams; Strong documentation and confidentiality skills; On-call responsibilities after regular hours; Commitment to trauma-informed care and cultural sensitivity; Completion of required training/orientation
