Job Summary

Oversee the Program's clinical services by supervising clinical staff, providing case consultation to a multi-disciplinary team, and ensuring child-facing services are delivered on-site and confidentially for unaccompanied alien children. Manage clinical and counseling service delivery, including completing weekly audits of clinician documentation for ORR and CQI compliance, while ensuring assessments meet allotted timeframes. Provide supervision, guidance, and consultation to assigned clinicians, perform case assignments, and occasionally maintain a limited caseload. Coordinate clinical and family reunification services, including discharge planning, safety plans, and post-18 age out plans, while actively participating in reporting Child Level Events and maintaining electronic and physical files in the UC Portal and Evolv. Establish strong relationships with foster parents, including ongoing contact and assistance during emergency or crisis situations. Travel as needed to provide and support services to youth and families in compliance with organizational and regulatory requirements.

Required Qualifications

  • Master's or doctorate degree in psychology, social work, counseling, marriage and family counseling, or another relevant behavioral health discipline from an accredited program, university, or college where clinical experience is a program requirement
  • Licensed to provide clinical services in the state where the care provider is located
  • Two (2) years of postgraduate direct service delivery experience
  • Supervisory experience
  • Bilingual English/Spanish fluency
  • Proficient use of desktop and laptop computers, internet search, people management programs, smart phones and tablets, printers, fax machines and photocopiers as well as software including word processing, spreadsheet and database programs
  • Minimum automobile insurance coverage of $100,000/300,000 bodily liability coverage
  • 21 years of age
  • Valid state driver's license
  • Reliable personal vehicle
  • Good driving record
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Enthusiastic self-starter
  • Strong organizational and administrative skills
  • Ability to work independently and as a team member
  • Use of manual dexterity, tactile, visual, and audio acuity
  • Use of repetitive motion, prolonged periods of sitting and standing, and sustained visual and mental applications and demands
  • Occasional lifting (up to 25 pounds), bending, pulling, and carrying
  • Ability to travel frequently and drive vehicle while sitting for extended periods, with frequency varying based on program demands
