Job Summary
Bilingual Japanese Vacation Sales Concierge position based in Waikiki at Marriott Vacation Club. Engage hotel guests at lobby desk locations, promote the Destinations program, and schedule sales presentations to maximize eligibility and interest in Marriott Vacation Club products. Provide high levels of customer service, manage guest expectations, and contribute toward sales goals with base hourly pay of $16 plus commissions and initial training pay for the first 10 weeks. Opportunity for incentives, bonuses, and benefits such as a 401(k) match; requires strong English and Japanese language skills, persuasive communication, and hospitality experience.
Required Qualifications
- Concierge and/or sales experience preferred
- Proficiency in English & Japanese
- Excellent phone and interpersonal communication skills
- Strong persuasion and customer service skills
- Ability to stand, sit, and walk for extended periods
- Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
