Job Summary
Provide consecutive interpretation services between English and the specified language pair across medical, legal, and customer service industries, ensuring complete accuracy, neutrality, and confidentiality while preserving tone and intent. Manage call flow professionally, apply memory and note-taking techniques for longer exchanges, and participate in ongoing training and coaching to maintain and enhance performance. This is a remote, structured call-center style interpreter role requiring strong emotional intelligence, composure under pressure, and compliance with interpretation protocols. Training is provided (four weeks) with opportunities for career advancement in interpreting, QA, training, and leadership roles.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (required)
- Fluency in English and target language pair with B2+ proficiency or higher
- Minimum of 6 months of call center, customer service, or interpreting experience
- Ability to pass language and interpreting skills assessment
- Strong verbal communication, bilingual accuracy, and ethical decision making
- Proficient with basic computer skills (MS Office)
