Job Summary
Fast-paced intake role handling a significant volume of inbound and in-person inquiries from Potential New clients (PNCs). Conduct intake interviews, document case details, explain the firm’s process and expectations, secure signed representation agreements from qualified prospects, identify issues, escalate concerns, and collaborate with attorneys and staff. Handle emotionally distressed callers, maintain accuracy and compliance with intake procedures, and perform related administrative tasks in collaboration with attorneys, investigators, and paralegals in a high-volume environment.
Required Qualifications
- Fluent bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish
- Minimum 2-4 years of law firm experience
- 1 year of direct Intake Specialist experience (Personal Injury experience strongly preferred)
- Demonstrated ability to work in a high pressure, high-volume intake environment
- Comfortable in sales-oriented conversations and closing
- Strong computer proficiency; ability to learn and navigate case management systems quickly
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Professional demeanor with clients, attorneys, paralegals, and investigators.
