Job Summary
Bilingual Intake Coordinator responsible for handling inbound calls/faxes/web requests, initiating authorization processes, documenting demographic information, following up on discharge information, screening inquiries for certification needs, and collaborating with internal/external partners. Requires strong communication, attention to detail, problem solving, HIPAA/URAC compliance awareness, and proficiency with Microsoft Office. Remote US-based role with required Spanish/English fluency; prior medical terminology or claims experience is a plus.
Required Qualifications
- GED or High School Diploma
- 2+ years of experience in high-volume call center or customer support environment
- Fluent in reading, writing, and speaking Spanish and English
