Job Summary
Store Manager role leading a sales team in a multi-location insurance brokerage group. Drive daily performance, expand business by strengthening relationships with existing customers, coach team members to deliver high-quality customer care, and oversee operations to achieve targets. Requires leadership experience, ability to coach and mentor sales associates, and strong communication. Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred; Personal Lines or Property & Casualty licensing preferred but not required. Required Qualifications
- Personal Lines or Property and Casualty license preferred (but not required)
- 2 or 4 year college degree or equivalent of experience/education
- Previous experience leading, coaching, and mentoring sales teams
- Understanding of fiduciary duty and maintaining high levels of integrity and ethics
- Ability to build relationships with sales customers
- Ambitious professional motivated by opportunity for advancement
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred
