Job Summary
Bilingual Insurance Sales Representative at a Farmers Insurance agency. Build a long-term sales career by working with warm inbound leads and live call transfers to quote and sell auto, home, renters, and other insurance products. Develop relationships to identify client insurance needs, maintain an active sales pipeline, and cross-sell additional products including life insurance. Manage leads and activity through the CRM, assist clients with policy updates and ongoing service, and deliver an exceptional customer experience from first contact to policy issuance. Emphasis on bilingual communication (Korean or Spanish preferred), strong in-person and phone communication, coaching/training provided, and opportunity for advancement with uncapped income via base salary plus commissions.
Required Qualifications
- Willing to obtain a Property & Casualty Insurance License (guidance provided)
- Bilingual in Korean or Spanish preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and competitive mindset
- Comfortable speaking with customers by phone and in person
