Bilingual Insurance Representative

Job Summary
Build relationships with English- and Spanish-speaking customers to generate new business through lead follow-up, referrals, and outbound prospecting. Educate prospects on insurance products and coverage options while conducting needs-based conversations to recommend customized solutions. Maintain an active sales pipeline, assist existing clients with policy reviews and account servicing, and cross-sell additional products to strengthen client relationships. Meet individual sales and customer service goals while maintaining accurate customer records. Fluent in Spanish and English with strong sales experience required. Competitive base salary plus commission and bonus opportunities available.
Required Qualifications
- Fluent in both Spanish and English
- Previous sales experience in retail, banking, automotive, telecommunications, hospitality, insurance, or another customer-facing role
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Positive attitude and a passion for helping people
- Self-motivated with a goal-oriented mindset
- Comfortable learning new technology and computer systems
Desired Qualifications
- Active Property & Casualty Insurance License
- Previous insurance sales or customer service experience
- Life Insurance License is a plus
