Job Summary
Solicit new business and maintain strong relationships with current customers to sell nonstandard auto insurance, homeowners insurance, and health insurance. Proactively connect with clients, understand their needs, and provide expert guidance to help them choose the best insurance product. Maintain accurate records of all transactions, including timely deposits and documentation in the agency management system. This role offers unlimited uncapped commission, lucrative incentive sales plans, and bonuses, with no cold calling required as we provide high volume of inbound leads and walk-in traffic. Comprehensive paid training and licensing are provided, along with mentorship and development.
Required Qualifications
- A High School Diploma or GED
Desired Qualifications
- A Personal Lines or Property and Casualty license (preferred, but not required – we'll support you in obtaining one)
- Bilingual skills in English and Spanish (a strong plus)
- Experience in sales or customer service and a passion for helping people
- Strong ability to build customer relationships and earn trust
- Excellent follow-up, organization, and multi-tasking skills
- An ambitious, motivated attitude with a desire for growth and advancement
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
