Job Summary
Handle inbound and outbound calls, answering customer inquiries and processing orders for windows and exterior building products. Prepare quotes based on architect plans and use the inventory management system to fill orders while maintaining control. Act as the primary point of contact for showroom visitors and assist in the warehouse with loading and unloading materials. Maintain bilingual Spanish proficiency and a thorough knowledge of Lansing's products to provide exceptional service. Work effectively with customers and within the team while meeting daily sales goals.
Required Qualifications
- Bilingual Spanish proficiency
- Ability to lift and carry boxes of building materials weighing up to 70 pounds
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Computer skills, including use of a keyboard and monitor
- Goal-oriented with a willingness to take on new challenges
- High level of integrity and commitment to customer service
- Prior sales experience

- Strong interest in sales and/or retail, as evidenced by previous job experience or education
