Bilingual Inside Sales Representative

Answer customer inquiries and process orders via inbound and outbound calls. Prepare quotes for windows and exterior building products based on architect plans. Act as the primary point of contact for showroom visitors while using the nationally-linked inventory management system to fill orders and maintain inventory control. Assist in the warehouse by loading and unloading materials as needed. Maintain thorough knowledge of Lansing's products and services to provide exceptional service. This role requires bilingual proficiency in Spanish. Prior sales experience is preferred, though not required.
