Bilingual Inside Sales Rep to assist customers in person, by phone, and by email; identify parts using electronic and printed catalogues; prepare quotes, invoices, repair estimates, and parts orders; source parts from internal and external suppliers; pick, pack, ship, and receive parts and components; support inventory accuracy and warehouse organization; help customers find the right solution.
Required Qualifications
- 1 to 3 years of parts, counter sales, retail, warehouse, or customer service experience
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Mechanical aptitude or interest in automotive/heavy-duty parts
- Good computer skills
- Organized, reliable, and able to multitask
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
