Job Summary
Support sales representatives by preparing quotes and processing orders while checking data for accuracy in pricing and customer records. Generate monthly sales reports and update sales and customer records. Requires strong knowledge of customer service, 2+ years' experience in CRM software and Microsoft Office, and bilingual Spanish skills. Schedule is M-F 8am-5pm with a temp-to-hire duration.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years' experience in CRM software
- 2+ years' experience in Microsoft Office
- 2+ years' experience in MS Excel
- Outstanding organizational skills
- Outstanding multitasking skills
- Ability to prioritize work
- Ability to succeed under deadlines
- Strong knowledge of customer service
