Job Summary
Bilingual Inside Sales role in Cambridge/Ayr, Ontario. Respond to inbound sales calls from our established customer base, providing product and pricing information, order status updates, and delivery confirmations. Process and coordinate orders, secure and renew orders, and collaborate with the machine shop and other facilities to ensure timely manufacturing and expedition. Provide technical and non-technical sales support regarding product use, operation, and maintenance. Enter orders and quotes, perform quote follow-ups and analyses, and see tasks through to completion with accountability. Participate in an extensive hands-on training program and pursue opportunities for growth within a salaried, non-commission role with full benefits including an RRSP profit-sharing plan.
Required Qualifications
- Bilingual proficiency in French is required
- High school diploma required
- Technical aptitude with mechanical inclination or technical skills required
