Bilingual Infant Care Coordinator

Job Summary
Oversee the infant and toddler program across classrooms, ensuring high standards of care, safety, and developmental learning; provide coaching, mentorship, and ongoing support to teachers and caregivers; build positive relationships with families through open communication and collaboration; apply current infant development knowledge and early childhood practices; conduct classroom observations and quality checks to maintain program excellence; support daily operations in a bilingual Spanish-English environment.
Required Qualifications
- Must be bilingual in Spanish and English (required)
- Education: Associate degree or higher in Nursing or Early Childhood Education, OR Infant/Toddler CDA credential
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years with infants/toddlers in licensed childcare, OR at least 1 year in healthcare
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and respond quickly in emergency situations
- Background check: fingerprint-based
- Must be 18 years or older
Desired Qualifications
- Bilingual in Spanish and English
- Infant/Toddler CDA credential
- Associate degree or higher in Nursing or Early Childhood Education
- Minimum 2 years of experience with infants and toddlers in licensed childcare setting or 1 year in healthcare environment
