Job Summary
Conduct evidence-based counseling and therapy sessions remotely via telemedicine, utilizing modalities such as CBT, DBT, and trauma therapy in both individual and group settings. Review and sign patient clinical assessments, treatment plans, and consents while maintaining accurate documentation of all services and activities. Deliver crisis interventions based on individual safety plans and participate in regular case planning with the multidisciplinary team. Engage in individual and group supervision, ongoing education, and post-testing to maintain clinical competency. Provide case management services to promote recovery and community reintegration as needed.
Required Qualifications
- Active, unrestricted mental health license in state of primary residence
- Active, unrestricted mental health license in state of medical services being provided
- Active license in Arizona or Oregon
- Active license in state of primary residence
- Active license in Arizona or Oregon
- Bilingual English/Spanish
- Comfortable working in a remote environment
- Patient-first mindset
- Ability to sit for extended periods during working hours
- Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity for using a computer keyboard, mouse, and other office equipment
- Adequate vision for reading computer screens and documents
- Clear verbal and written communication skills for virtual meetings and correspondence
- Sufficient hearing ability for participating in phone calls or virtual meetings
- Access to a quiet, dedicated workspace free from distractions with reliable internet connectivity
