Job Summary
Inbound Call Center Rep handling bilingual (English/Spanish) patient scheduling for dental offices; respond to inbound calls, schedule/cancel appointments, enter data into systems in English, maintain professional, Caring communication; in-state hires require one in-person day for equipment pickup; out-of-state hires will have equipment shipped after I-9 verification; work in a team-oriented environment with benefits after 60 days; remote work available but in-state requires on-site day; includes medical/dental/vision, 401K, PTO, and ongoing professional development. Fluency in English and Spanish plus dental knowledge is a plus; experience with Genesys, Google Workspace, and strong data-entry skills are desirable.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent
- 1 year using both English and Spanish languages in a professional or contact center capacity
- Must be fluent in English and Spanish
- Basic computer skills
