Job Summary
Conduct scheduled in-home consultations to evaluate existing heating and cooling systems, inspect equipment in attics, crawlspaces, and basements, and determine job scope and pricing. Present customized HVAC replacement solutions, financing options, and upgrades to homeowners while delivering a professional customer experience from consultation through installation handoff. Close sales in a one-call environment using company-generated leads, with volume fluctuating based on seasonal demand. Requires fluency in English and Spanish, a valid driver's license, and the ability to access equipment in extreme weather conditions.
Required Qualifications
- Bilingual - English & Spanish
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
- Must pass background check and drug screening
- Ability to access attics on hot days and crawlspaces in cold or wet conditions to inspect existing equipment
Desired Qualifications
- Prior in-home sales experience preferred
- One-call close experience strongly preferred
- HVAC knowledge helpful (training provided)
