Bilingual In-Home Caregiver (PCA, CNA, IHA) Triangle Area

Caring Hands Home Health Inc. seeks compassionate bilingual caregivers to provide high-quality in-home support to clients throughout the Triangle area. Responsibilities include assisting with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, mobility and transfers; supporting mobility with assistive devices; providing companionship and emotional support; offering medication reminders (no administration); performing light housekeeping, laundry, meal prep, grocery shopping, and errands; following individualized care plans and agency policies; observing and reporting changes in client condition to a supervisor. Qualifications include a minimum of 6 months caregiving experience, ability to pass a caregiver skills assessment, English communication proficiency, bilingual ability strongly preferred, ability to lift up to 50 lbs, access to a smartphone for scheduling/documentation, reliable transportation to client homes, and passing required background checks.
