Job Summary

Lead implementation and on-boarding for large group insurance cases, coordinating with Sales Representatives, Advisors, and Group Service Representatives to gather master applications and census data, guide submission processes, and ensure accuracy and timely delivery of new case materials. Provide best practices for new case and product submissions, facilitate plan design discussions, and drive campaigns to achieve effective dates. Act as a liaison with Advisors, clients, and underwriters; participate in client and advisor meetings; maintain Salesforce records; and contribute to process improvements. Must be bilingual (English/French) and capable of collaborating across Canada; strong organizational and communication skills, proactive problem-solving, and a customer-service focus are required.

Required Qualifications

  • 2 to 4 years of Group Benefits Insurance experience
  • Post-secondary education or applicable work/insurance experience
  • Bilingualism in English and French (Canada)
  • Client-facing relations and problem resolution skills
  • Ability to collaborate with partners to move submissions forward and obtain necessary approvals
