Job Summary
Spanish bilingual Immigration Law Clerk will support attorneys and paralegals in Dallas by conducting legal research on statutes and immigration regulations; draft, revise, and proofread filings, motions, client declarations and correspondence; prepare and file applications before EOIR and USCIS; organize case files, monitor deadlines, and ensure compliance with procedural standards; communicate with clients and provide case updates; assist in hearings preparation and file management while maintaining confidentiality; opportunity for advancement within the firm toward an Associate Attorney role; competitive compensation and comprehensive benefits.
Required Qualifications
- Enrolled in a Juris Doctor program (2L/3L) or recent JD graduate
- Bilingual in English and Spanish (required)
- Previous experience in a U.S. immigration law firm (required)
- Authorization to work in the United States (required)
- Strong academic record and excellent legal research, writing, and analytical skills
- Genuine interest in immigration law and a desire to learn and contribute
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks, work independently, and manage multiple deadlines
- Professional demeanor, with strong communication and client service skills
