Job Summary
Bilingual HR Generalist will lead full-cycle recruitment from sourcing to onboarding, deliver onboarding and training, support employees from hire to exit, provide guidance on employee relations and performance, lead investigations, coach leaders, manage HRIS data, payroll updates, attendance and reporting, administer compensation and benefits, maintain job descriptions and HR documentation, ensure Quebec pay equity and French-language compliance, act as SME on labour regulations, support health & safety initiatives, and build partnerships to attract top talent. The role emphasizes a collaborative, solutions-focused mindset, strong communication, and a focus on creating a positive employee experience across Quebec and Ontario workplaces.
Required Qualifications
- Post-secondary education in HR or related field
- 5+ years of progressive HR experience
- Bilingual in English and French (required)
- Strong knowledge of employment standards and Quebec and Ontario labour legislation
- Occasional travel may be required
