Job Summary
Bilingual HR Generalist responsible for production recruiting at the Whitewater, WI facility, including job postings, interviewing and onboarding, plus supporting associate recruiting, benefits and leave administration, and employee relations. Collaborates with cross-functional teams on employee growth and development initiatives, coaches and investigates to resolve workplace issues, ensures compliance with policies and employment laws, and uses data to drive continuous improvement projects. On-site position with travel to Burlington, WI facility or recruiting events as needed.
Required Qualifications
- 1-3 years of HR Generalist experience; manufacturing environment preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in business management, HR Management, Communications, or equivalent
- Must be bilingual (English/Spanish) - strong fluency in Spanish required
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and see projects through to completion
- Personable, persuasive, and positive – regardless of obstacles
