Job Summary
Lead the housekeeping, houseman, and maintenance teams by making schedules, training staff, and inspecting rooms to ensure cleanliness standards. Monitor inventory, submit orders, review the budget, and track cleaning supplies to avoid waste. Keep all guest rooms and public areas neat, fix maintenance problems immediately, and write reports to suggest improvements. Collaborate with the front desk to ensure rooms are ready on time and help guests quickly. Train, coach, and support staff while maintaining safety protocols. Available for morning and mid shifts and weekends as needed.
Required Qualifications
- Spanish is required
- At least 3 years as a Housekeeping Manager in hotel industry
- Available for morning and mid shifts, weekends when needed
