Job Summary
Provide skilled hospice nursing care in patients' homes by assessing needs, managing pain and symptoms, administering treatments, and developing individualized comfort-focused plans. Educate and support patients, caregivers, and families while communicating clearly in both English and Spanish. Coordinate care with the interdisciplinary team and maintain accurate clinical documentation. This part-time role offers flexible scheduling for bilingual RNs with an active Arizona license and hospice experience.
Required Qualifications
- Current and active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of Arizona
- Bilingual in English and Spanish
- Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing
- Current CPR certification
- Current TB clearance as required
- Valid driver's license
- Reliable transportation and active auto insurance
- Ability to travel throughout the Nogales and surrounding service area
Desired Qualifications
- Hospice, palliative care, home health, or related nursing experience
