​Bilingual Hospice LPN – Part-Time

Provide skilled nursing care to hospice patients under the direction of the RN, administering medications and assisting with pain and symptom management. Monitor patients for changes in condition, communicate updates to the RN Case Manager, and collaborate with physicians, social workers, and chaplains. Maintain accurate clinical documentation while promoting patient comfort, dignity, and safety. Ensure bilingual English/Spanish communication and support families with education and comfort-focused care. Requires an active Arizona LPN license, local travel ability, and reliable transportation.
