Job Summary
Bilingual Home Finding Specialist serves as the initial point of contact for prospective residents, providing inbound-call based information about property availability, guiding applicants to the online rental application portal, and aiming for one-call resolution by directing inquiries to Home Finding Consultants when needed. Responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, maintaining accurate records of interactions and outcomes, and assisting with self-showing directions and access to the application portal. Must be fluent in Spanish, able to handle high volumes in a fast-paced environment, and flexible to align with weekend hours; prior knowledge of maintenance/property management is a plus.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED required
- Fluent in Spanish
- Proven experience in customer service
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
