Bilingual Home Care Representative

Coordinate client appointments and travel to conduct in-home visits to monitor direct care staff quality and assess care plan adequacy. Insure client and employee safety by assessing risks and implementing prevention measures. Provide hands-on training and assistance during visits, substitute for Home Care Aides when necessary, and help with hiring new employees and updating documents. Maintain professional relationships with all staff while working in a team to achieve company goals. Requires excellent English communication skills, mandatory Spanish proficiency, a vehicle, and basic computer skills. Pay rate is $22-$23 per hour with benefits including medical, dental, life insurance, PTO, and paid holidays.
