Bilingual Home Care Representative

Coordinate client appointments and travel to conduct in-home visits to monitor direct care staff quality and assess care plan adequacy. Insure client and employee safety by assessing risks and implementing prevention strategies while providing hands-on training to home care aides. Manage hiring processes, update employee documents, and facilitate in-service training. Substitute for home care aides when necessary to maintain service continuity. Maintain professional relationships with all staff and work collaboratively to achieve company goals. Requires Spanish proficiency, a vehicle, and basic computer skills.
