Job Summary
Coordinate and manage home care aides to ensure client and company best interests while building trusted, client-centered relationships based on the Care Program. Evaluate, plan, and supervise staff in a team environment to accomplish office workload and goals. Serve as a resource for technical questions, applications, and problem-solving, maintaining complete client and employee records. Manage bilingual communication in English and Spanish to support senior clients and the Community Care Unit.
Required Qualifications
- Excellent communication in English
- Spanish is mandatory
- High School diploma
