Job Summary
Coordinate care for elderly clients as part of a team, managing Home Care Aides to ensure client needs and office goals are met. Build client-centered relationships, serve as a resource for questions and problem-solving related to care services, and maintain current client and employee records. Strong English and mandatory Spanish language skills required, along with excellent reading/writing and organizational abilities. Requires HS diploma and ability to multitask under deadlines; involves paid training and comprehensive benefits.
