Job Summary
Provide bilingual (French and English) helpdesk and deskside support to end-users, addressing IT issues promptly and effectively in both languages. Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues remotely and on-site, configure and troubleshoot Office 365 applications, and support Microsoft technologies including operating systems, Office suite, Exchange Online, and Intune. Manage Jira ticketing, issue tracking, and workflow customization; support mobile devices (iPhone, iPad, Android); maintain clear documentation and incident records; stay current with industry trends to deliver innovative IT solutions. Willingness to travel to other offices as needed.
