Job Summary
Bilingual Healthcare Recruiter for Family First Homecare oversees end-to-end field staffing recruitment for designated region. Responsibilities include managing applicant tracking (ATS), coordinating interviews with office personnel, sourcing candidates through diverse channels, evaluating applicants, and meeting weekly/monthly/yearly recruiting objectives. The role requires travel to multiple office locations (at least 25%), in-office work Monday–Friday during core hours, and strong Spanish/English bilingual communication to support home health care staffing and compliance with state/federal employment laws. The ideal candidate collaborates with leadership to attract and retain top talent, attends career fairs, reports recruiting metrics, and maintains professional interaction with candidates and hiring managers to ensure high-quality patient care staffing.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- One year of staffing/recruitment experience
- Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite
- Valid Driver’s License and Car Insurance
- Clean background screening
- Ability to travel at least 25% to office locations throughout designated area
- Fluent in Spanish and English
