Job Summary
Make outbound calls to patients, members, and customers to schedule preventative health screenings, assess high-risk cases, and assist with benefits and insurance information. Conduct surveys and help patients make decisions that enhance their healthcare experience. Maintain a safe, organized home office environment with two 22-inch monitors equipped with HDMI and Display ports. Requires high school diploma or GED, strong computer skills, bilingual English and Spanish ability, and excellent oral/written communication. Starts 9/10/26 at $15.50 per hour. Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED)
- Strong computer experience (data entry, screen navigation, keyboarding)
- Experience with Microsoft Outlook (email) and Word
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to adhere to daily schedules and duties
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Excellent demonstration of caring and compassion
- Bilingual in English and Spanish
- Able to provide 2 monitors at least 22 inch with HDMI and Display ports
