Job Summary
Handle inbound and outbound calls in English and German, translating and communicating clearly across both languages. Assist customers with billing, account updates, and general inquiries while maintaining accurate records of interactions and escalating complex issues. Follow company policies and meet daily and monthly performance goals. Work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays in a remote work-at-home environment in Canada.
Required Qualifications
- 18 years or older
- High school diploma or GED
- Bilingual fluency in English and German
- Excellent listening and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Must be authorized to work in the country where the job is based
- Must be willing to submit up to a LEVEL II background and/or security investigation with a fingerprint
- Must be willing to submit to drug screening
Desired Qualifications
- Prior experience in a bilingual customer service role
