Required Qualifications
- Fluent in English and Spanish (spoken and written)
- 1-2 years of experience in medical billing/Revenue Cycle Management
- Experience supporting U.S.-based medical practices
- Strong understanding of insurance claims, AR follow-up, denial management, EOB interpretation
- Proficiency with CPT, ICD-10, HCPCS coding
- Experience with medical billing platforms such as Kareo, eClinicalWorks, AdvancedMD, DrChrono
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- HIPAA compliance and confidentiality standards
