Job Summary
Engage with RBC clients via phone and email to deliver an outstanding client experience, educating them on immediate security needs and tailored fraud prevention solutions. Resolve problems at first point of contact while adhering to compliance routines and controls to protect client and shareholder interests. Build rapport and maintain relationships with partners to work as one RBC, contributing to team results by supporting colleagues in meeting client needs. This bilingual role requires full flexibility for shifts from Monday to Sunday, 7:00 AM to Midnight, with applications accepted until August 24, 2026. Candidates must meet technological and confidentiality requirements for a private workspace.
Required Qualifications
- Bilingualism (English and French)
- Full flexibility for a variety of shifts from Monday to Sunday, 7:00 AM to Midnight
- Must be able to meet with the technological and confidentiality requirements of the role (i.e., private, and quiet space, Internet connectivity, etc.)
- Proven interpersonal, communication and problem resolution skills
- Proven ability to build rapport while effectively analyzing and identifying solutions to mitigate risk and protect our clients
- Desire to build exceptional client experiences, and is passionate and curious to help clients meet their needs and solve their concerns
- Must be able to meet with the technological and confidentiality requirements of the role (i.e., private and quiet space, Internet connectivity, etc.)
Desired Qualifications
- Experience working in a team and metrics-based performance environment
- Previous experience working in a Contact/Call Centre or in a fast paced financial and/or service industry
