Job Summary
Ensure proper conditions for job quality and safety before and during projects, review crew member timecards, and complete vehicle mechanical and safety checklists daily. Coordinate with general contractors and customers, assign tasks to crew members, and note changes in jobsite conditions to inform the office. Maintain truck stocks of consumable materials, review jobsite safety and access, and complete final quality reviews of finished work. Train new crew members to work efficiently and safely, and attend foremen and safety meetings as scheduled. This role includes additional tasks related to flatwork or walls depending on the specific assignment.
Required Qualifications
- Valid Wisconsin drivers license
- Ability to lift 100 pounds repeatedly
- Proficiency with power tools
- Ability to work outdoors in various conditions
- Good work ethic
Desired Qualifications
- 3 years of field experience in concrete work preferred
