Job Summary
Overstaff Financial Services Representative providing onsite, multi-branch support in Elgin, IL. You’ll fill in for open or short-staffed branches, guide customers on financial options, process loan applications and renewals, take payments, balance cash drawers, and support branch operations across assigned locations. Must be comfortable daily travel between branches, handling deposits, and delivering high-quality customer service while upholding company standards. Must have a valid driver’s license and access to a dependable vehicle; role involves frequent travel and in-branch interactions. Hourly pay range is $18-$20 with full-time status and benefits eligibility.
