Job Summary
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat while providing product information, resolving banking issues, and guiding clients through account processes. Understand customer needs to ensure first-call resolution, escalate complex matters, and maintain accurate CRM records. Adhere to strict confidentiality protocols, client procedures, and scripts while using internal knowledge bases for accurate responses. Submit up to a Level II background check and drug screening; full application requires completing screening questions and a pre-employment test. Must be authorized to work in the USA and meet minimum age and experience requirements.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum age: 18 years
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- At least 3 years of experience in a call center environment
- Minimum 1 year in a customer service role
- Ability to multitask across multiple systems while engaging with customers
- Typing speed: 30–45 WPM
- Fluent in English (spoken and written)
- Proficiency with Windows PC applications and ability to learn new systems
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, SharePoint)
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Customer-focused mindset: empathetic, patient, and responsive
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Excellent interpersonal skills and team collaboration
- Must be authorized to work in the country where the job is based
- Must be willing to submit up to a LEVEL II background and/or security investigation with a fingerprint
- Must be willing to submit to drug screening
Desired Qualifications
- Associate's degree or higher
- Experience in banking or financial services
- Proven data-entry and professional writing skills
- Bilingual in Spanish
