Job Summary
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat in a professional and timely manner, understanding customer needs to provide accurate solutions and ensure first-call resolution. Escalate complex issues to appropriate teams when necessary and maintain detailed, accurate CRM records of all interactions. Handle financial inquiries with strict adherence to confidentiality protocols while following client-specific procedures and internal knowledge bases. Comply with all scripts, policies, and procedures, and meet attendance and training requirements consistently. Submit to a Level II background investigation and drug screening as part of the application process.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum age: 18 years
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- At least 3 years of experience in a call center environment
- Minimum 1 year in a customer service role
- Ability to multitask across multiple systems while engaging with customers
- Typing speed: 30–45 WPM
- Fluent in English (spoken and written)
- Proficiency with Windows PC applications and ability to learn new systems
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, SharePoint)
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Customer-focused mindset: empathetic, patient, and responsive
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Excellent interpersonal skills and team collaboration
- Must be authorized to work in the country where the job is based
- Must be willing to submit up to a LEVEL II background and/or security investigation with a fingerprint
- Must be willing to submit to drug screening
Desired Qualifications
- Associate's degree or higher
- Experience in banking or financial services
- Proven data-entry and professional writing skills
- Bilingual in Spanish
