Job Summary
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat in a professional and timely manner, understanding needs to provide accurate solutions and ensure first-call resolution. Escalate complex issues to appropriate teams while maintaining detailed and accurate CRM records of all interactions. Handle financial inquiries with strict adherence to confidentiality protocols, following client-specific procedures and internal knowledge bases. Comply with all scripts, policies, and procedures, and meet attendance and training requirements consistently. Submit to a Level II background investigation, drug screening, and pre-employment test as part of the application process.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum age: 18 years
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- At least 3 years of experience in a call center environment
- Minimum 1 year in a customer service role
- Ability to multitask across multiple systems while engaging with customers
- Typing speed: 30–45 WPM
- Fluent in English (spoken and written)
- Proficiency with Windows PC applications and ability to learn new systems
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, SharePoint)
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Customer-focused mindset: empathetic, patient, and responsive
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Excellent interpersonal skills and team collaboration
- Must be authorized to work in the country where the job is based
- Must be willing to submit up to a LEVEL II background and/or security investigation with a fingerprint
- Must be willing to submit to drug screening
Desired Qualifications
- Associate's degree or higher
- Experience in banking or financial services
- Proven data-entry and professional writing skills
- Bilingual in Spanish
