Job Summary
Manage outbound calls and follow-ups to new and existing applicants via telephone and email in both English and Quebec French. Accurately submit and process loan applications into the underwriting system while identifying opportunities to offer additional valuable products and services. Provide timely, accurate, and professional support to customers responding to a variety of inquiries, ensuring compliance with privacy protection and AML requirements. Collaborate with Sales leadership to support business unit priorities and achieve monthly sales targets. Requires excellent bilingual proficiency and sales experience in a contact center environment. Hours are Monday to Friday 8:00 a.m. to 10:30 p.m., with Saturday and Sunday shifts extending to 8:30 p.m. and 6:30 p.m. respectively.
Required Qualifications
- Excellent proficiency in French and English, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently and meet monthly performance targets and KPIs
- Must be able to work Monday to Friday: 8:00 a.m. to 10:30 p.m.
- Must be able to work Saturday: 10:00 a.m. to 8:30 p.m.
- Must be able to work Sunday: 10:00 a.m. to 6:30 p.m.

- All candidates considered for hire must successfully pass validation of their work experience
Desired Qualifications
