Job Summary
Coordinate patient journeys by acting as the primary contact for physicians to enroll patients into the NavieGo managed program. Manage all aspects required to obtain prescription drug coverage, including coordinating with insurance companies, pharmacies, and healthcare providers for missing information and submissions. Establish and maintain relationships with assigned clinics and physicians through site visits and foster trust with patients and key health care providers. Implement best practices to maximize patient access to drug coverage and coordinate clinic appointments and deliveries within timelines. Work rotating shifts Monday through Friday covering 8 AM to 8 PM EST, with occasional travel for on-site clinic visits.
Required Qualifications
- Bilingualism - English/French
- Registered Nurse designation
- Current provincial licensing
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in customer/client service
- Health care reimbursement experience
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft and Google applications
- Professional/courteous/efficient telephone manner
- Proven ability to organize time, set priorities, and multi-task in order to meet various competing work deadlines
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Ability to resolve issues effectively and efficiently
- Critical thinking and problem solving abilities
- Ability to work rotating shifts Monday through Friday, covering the hours of 8 AM to 8 PM EST
