Job Summary
Assist callers impacted by severe flooding, providing empathetic and effective support in both English and Spanish. Respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and document interactions thoroughly while maintaining strict confidentiality under federal contract guidelines. Escalate complex matters and offer follow-up communication to ensure satisfaction. Participate in mandatory 6-week training and team meetings to enhance service quality. Complete a full application with screening questions and a pre-employment test; pass a Level 2 fingerprint background check. Work flexible shifts between 7:00 AM and 7:00 PM CST.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Fluency in both English and Spanish
- Must pass a Level 2 fingerprint background check
- Must be authorized to work in the country where the job is based
- Must be willing to submit to drug screening
- Flexibility to work assigned shifts
- Attendance for the full duration of the training is mandatory
